Pair of brass pendants with profile portraits of Louis XVI (b) and Marie Antoinette (a). Portraits are in oval frames adorned by leaves and berries along the top perimeter. Large bows at top are attached to metal loops. Hooks with wings are attached to the bottom of the portrait oval.

Plaster head, two to three times life-sized. Cast in left of neck: "a la memoire de/ Georges Cuvier/ P. J. David d'Ange/ 1833." Tag in front of chest: "Baron Georges Cuvier: 1769-1832."

Life-sized, marble portrait bust on low, circular, columnar base. The subject's hair is curled about his ears and tied back with a ribbon. He wears a high-collared, ruffled shirt, a vest, and an open jacket. Incised on proper right shoulder, "Houdon Fecit 1785."

Walnut box contains 397 brass stencils, including four decorative borders and one "Mr. Franklin" name plate. Also included in the box are ten stencils unoriginal to the set. A wooden block with black chalk and three additional pieces of colored chalk were discovered in a side-drawer of the box. The box is marked Marked "BERY/ Faiseur de Caracteres,/ En Cuivre & en aci[e]r. Fait/ Toutes Sortes de Vi[gn]ettes/ Demeure Sur Le Pont Notre Dame/ du même Côté & Près la Pompe/ A Paris" on the interior of the lid.
