Abstract:  

Wood and cardboard model of stove. Three levels, including an upper chamber, probably for hot air, as well as the fire and ash boxes. There is no communication between the three chambers, nor between them and the double chimney consisting of two concentric flues. All walls are double. Two wire pulls. Side and top are labeled "Presented 3 November 1797" in handwritten ink. Two red seals are affixed to top of box, with monogram "AC."
