Housed in original box marked "To the late queen / J.W. Benson Ltd. 25 Old Bond St. London." Obverse: stylized flower petals creating two concentric rings encircle white elephant standing on gold ground. Reverse: red enamel symbol. Presented along with the papers of Victor George Heiser (APS Library). The medal was awarded to Dr. Heiser by the King of Siam. Info in envelope describes medal as "Order of the White Elephant awarded by the King of Siam 1915"
