The minutes for 1700-1712 were printed in Hazard's "Register of Pennsylvania" 6 (1830): p. 9 and following.

Early American History Note

These three volumes contain the minutes of the Pennsylvania Provincial Council from 1693 to 1717. The manuscripts are often difficult to read. They have been printed elsewhere in both the Pennsylvania Archives and Hazard's Register.
