William Dampier. ... To which is added, a general index to both volumes. The second edition. Vol. 3 has title: A voyage to New Holland, &c. in the year 1699. Wherein are described the Canary-Islands, the isles of Mayo and St. Jago ... Vol. 2 and the first part of v. 3 were originally designed as an appendix and first appeared after the publication of the 4th edition of v. 1 in 1699. Vol. 3, pt. 2, "A continuation of a voyage to New Holland," first appeared with the 2nd edition of vol. 3, 1709. A collected edition of these volumes, with additions, was published by James Knapton in 1729 with title, A collection of voyages. In four volumes.
