The section "Of pleasure: Lect: 20th" (ff. 473-477), corresponds word-for-word with some parts of "Two Lectures upon the Pleasures of the Senses and of the Mind," at the end of his "Sixteen Introductory Lectures" (Philadelphia, 1811).
