"This address is said, and believed, to have been written by Sir J.D. and printed at the public expence, to be distributed in America."--Monthly review, June 1775, v. 52, p. 540. This is one of three issues with this title and pagination. In some editions press figure on page 28: 5, in other editions, page 28: 1, and page 20:3; in some editions, the footnote on page 49 comprises four lines, in others, three lines.-- Confer ESTC. The catchword on page 49: held. Signatures: A² B-H⁴ I². The placement of the signatures is different in various editions.
